Services and Fees
The following fees are for private pay and out of network services. If you have insurance, your insurance company will determine your co-payment amount. Please see below for types of insurance accepted.
Initial brief phone consultation: Free
When you first contact In Your Prime, you will receive a brief phone consultation. This is used to briefly discuss the issues you would like to address and schedule an initial appointment and arrange for you to get your intake paperwork.
60 minute session: $130
This includes a minimum of 52 minutes of work with a clinician that includes measuring the progress towards your goals and reviewing your treatment plan. The remaining time of the hour to provide resources, schedule the next appointment. By your third session we will have developed an individualized treatment plan that we will review and update each session.
30 minute brief session: $75
A brief therapy session is available at the discretion of the clinician. Typically these sessions are reserved for consultation on acute issues you are experiencing.
Sliding Scale: In Your Prime accepts patients on sliding scale, income based, fees. If you feel that you would benefit from our services but cannot afford the services, please contact us to discuss your situation. We want to work with you and have many ways to ensure that you can access necessary services without breaking the bank.
In home therapy: If you have barriers to accessing the community, In Your Prime may be able to accommodate you in your home. Please contact us for more details.
Accepted Insurance Types
At this time, In Your Prime is accepting private pay clients and out of network clients and the following insurance types:
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Blue Cross Blue Shield network
Mercy Managed Behavioral Health Network (includes Carpenters’ Health & Welfare Trust Fund, Essence Healthcare, IBEW Local 309, IBEW Local 1, LHN, Mercy Co-Workers, Coventry Health Care of KS, and QuickTrip Corporation insurance types)
United Behavioral Health
Your insurance company will determine the amount of your co-payment for each session. I will help you to understand the cost of your co-payment.
In Your Prime accepts payments in the form of cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due by the end of each appointment.
If you have insurance, your co-payment amount will be determined by your insurance company. All co-payments are due by the end of each appointment.
For out of network or self pay customers: Many people prefer to pay for services directly for a number of reasons. Sometimes, the amount of your deductible is more than you will ever meet in therapy. Some people prefer to keep the sensitive subjects discussed in therapy private from their insurance company or off of their medical records.
If you have insurance, you may still be able to bill your insurance company for services with In Your Prime as an Out of Network Service. Insurance companies may reimburse you directly, the client, for services from out of network mental health clinicians. If you are not in network, In Your Prime will submit insurance claims on your behalf and the insurance company will provide any reimbursements back to you.
